Do you offer customisation or personalised jewellery?
Yes? We offer FREE customisation services for pre order jewellery pieces. You can let us know any colour or beading changes in the 'Customisation' box next to each product that we offer changes for. Read more on our 'Customisation Guide'.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer free and secure shipping within UK and Pakistan. Once your order is confirmed, our team will carefully package and ship your jewellery with insured delivery to ensure its safe arrival. You can expect a tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.
What if I received a damaged or incorrect item?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We take great care in packaging and thoroughly checking each piece before shipping to ensure it arrives in pristine condition. However, if damage occurs during shipping, we will do our utmost to assist you. Providing photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item will help us expedite the resolution process and ensure your satisfaction.
Do you have a return or exchange policy?
Due to the customised nature of some of our jewellery, we do not offer returns or exchange. Please refer to our 'Refunds or Exchange Policy'.
